Who We Are
For over 50 years, Charles Hall Youth & family Services has been providing residential foster care each year to 60-70 at-risk children, ages 10 - 19, in three neighborhood-based group homes in Bismarck, North Dakota. Charles Hall is recognized for its strengths-based, non-punitive, relationship-oriented model of care. Our goal is to help adolescents and teenagers to develop emotional stability and psychological resiliency, enhanced physical health, and coping skills needed to navigate life's challenges. Structured activities and programming provide excellent growth opportunities in safe, responsive environments.
What We Do
The mission of Charles Hall Youth & Family Services is to assist at-risk youth in making a successful transition from troubled adolescence to mature adulthood. Our goal is for today's at-risk teens to discover their innate strengths, develop important life skills, and become emotionally resilient so that tomorrow's generation of youth live in healthier families with viable community supports.
