Who We Are

Junior Achievement of Bismarck-Mandan mentored K-12 students with over 750 contact hours last year. We do this through our age-appropriate curriculum that begins in elementary school. These students learn how they can impact the world around them as individuals, workers and consumers. Our programs continue through the middle grades and high school, where we focus on key content areas of entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy. Throughout JA's programs students use information, apply basic skills think critically and solve complex problems.

What We Do

Junior Achievement of Bismarck-Mandan is a part of the international Junior Achivement organization. On a local level, we extend the Junior Achievement curriculum to more than 5,000 area youth in 28 schools throughout Bismarck-Mandan.

Our network of over 200 volunteers bring JA's content to life in classrooms around town and introduce students to the businesses that make our community thrive.

JA of Bismarck-Mandan is lead by a board of directors who meet each month at the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce where JA Director Sally Paulson maintains an office.
