Help with the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive!
On Saturday, May 10, the National Association of Letter Carriers, in partnership with MSA United Way, will hold the 31st Annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. The collected food helps to supply local food pantries and United Way’s Backpack Program which ensures local children are fed over the weekends and when school is out of session.
Letter carriers will be collecting the nonperishable food items during their delivery routes alongside United Way volunteers. Bags filled with nonperishable food can be placed next to mailboxes on Saturday, May 10.
This volunteer group will help sort the food drive items at the post office (403 S Airport Rd Bismarck) from 1:00 - 3:30 PM. This is a great opportunity for families to volunteer together! If you would like, you can sign-up for the next sorting shift (3:30pm-6:00pm) as well for a total of 5 hours, ending at 6:00 PM.
